Delivery Lead – Recruitment and Consulting Services

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to manage and oversee the delivery of recruitment and consulting services for our clients. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of experience in recruitment, consulting, or staffing services, with a strong track record of leading teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This is a client-facing role where you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects and ensure that recruitment and consulting solutions align with client needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management: Lead and oversee the delivery of recruitment and consulting services, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Understand their business needs and proactively provide recruitment or consulting solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor recruitment consultants, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to ensure collaboration and effective execution of recruitment and consulting projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple client accounts and ensure the successful execution of recruitment campaigns, consulting engagements, and other services within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with internal teams and external clients to provide updates, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment on expectations and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement service delivery strategies that optimize efficiency, improve quality, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure recruitment processes, deliverables, and consulting services meet the highest standards, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze project performance, and provide regular reports to senior management and clients regarding the status and outcomes of delivery efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment and consulting service delivery processes, identifying opportunities for automation or streamlining that lead to increased client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with project delivery, including addressing any resource shortages, project delays, or client concerns, ensuring that solutions are implemented quickly.
  • Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and participating in pre-sales activities to expand service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in recruitment, consulting services, or staffing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or delivery management role.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing client relationships, and delivering recruitment or consulting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, as well as consulting service delivery models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build strong, long-term relationships and understand client business needs.
  • Ability to manage complex service delivery projects and multi-stakeholder teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Experience in managing P&L and overseeing budgets for client projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment consulting or executive search services is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) or related fields.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS), and recruitment technologies such as AI-driven sourcing tools, etc.
  • Prior experience working with clients in specific industries (e.g., IT , BFSI , Automotive) is a plus.
