About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruiting experience within the IT industry, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to source, screen, and place top technical talent.


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking platforms to source, engage, and screen qualified candidates for various IT roles.
  • Client/Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to understand position requirements, create job descriptions, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
  • Job Postings: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social platforms.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews, technical screenings, and coordinate with hiring managers for in-person/virtual interviews.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive hiring landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, specifically in IT roles (software developers, engineers, system admins, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of IT skills and roles, such as full-stack developers, network engineers, database administrators, etc.
  • Experience using job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and other sourcing platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tech screening tools and techniques (technical interviews, coding tests, etc.).
  • Familiarity with remote and international recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field is a plus.
