We are looking for an experienced SAP Business System Analyst (BSA) to drive business process improvements and enhance SAP Sales solutions. The ideal candidate will lead business process definition, implementation, and configuration activities using SAP CRM Sales, SAP SD, and SAP VC modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify system issues and process improvements.
• Analyze and document business requirements to develop scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure system settings, execute unit and cycle testing, and support UAT for business users.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address technical projects, system upgrades, and enhancements.
• Manage Opportunity, Quotation, and Sales Order processes in a manufacturing environment with configurable products.
• Work on SAP CRM Sales & SAP SD (Order types, pricing, tax, accounts, and output determination).
• Enhance SAP WebDynpro, SAP Portal, SAP WebUI (CRM), and SAP Fiori applications.
• Drive discussions with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Portal, and Security).
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to solve planning, manufacturing, and logistics challenges.
• Ensure seamless sales-finance integration for invoicing, trade compliance (GTS), and costing.
• Implement new technologies like RPA, process mining, and data analytics to optimize business processes.
• Lead solution design, prototyping, and proof-of-concept development.
• Assess risks across multiple applications and articulate the business impact of solutions effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) or SAP CRM.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, system configuration, and SAP integrations.
• Experience in managing SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
